2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Products must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products without original packaging or seals
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Free promotional items or samples

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at managers@vomrelonbrax.world within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Pack the product securely in appropriate packaging
  5. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

3.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3.3 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method

Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash or by check.

4.2 Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned product(s)

Your refund will not include:

  • Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Any applicable restocking fees

4.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products not in original condition or missing parts

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please:

  1. Return your original order following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures the fastest processing time and allows you to receive your new product as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs clearly showing the issue

6.2 Resolution Options

For damaged or defective products, we may offer:

  • Full refund including shipping costs
  • Replacement product shipped at no additional cost
  • Store credit for future purchases

We reserve the right to request the return of damaged or defective products for inspection before processing a refund or replacement.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense
  • Ship the correct item as soon as possible
  • Or provide a full refund if preferred

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are able to cancel before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

8.2 After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the package.

  • Processing times may be longer due to international shipping
